sinus issue, what to take?

I suffer with allergies and sinus. I get a heavy feeling in and over my eyes. I don't sleep well so in the morning it feels pretty bad. My question is can I take something at bedtime that will make me feel clear in the morning? Can anyone recommend anything over the counter? Thank you:)

How about doing the nasal rinse with salt. It is helping my daughter.

First of all, have an allergy test to know what is causing the allergy. Antihistaminics are very useful for any type of allergy, they block histamina (which cause mucus, itching, dermatitis, etc) since it tries to fight against those agents that our body does not tolerate. Normally antihistaminics are to be taken at night, you will feel much better the following day. Sometimes doctors also prescribe corticoids for sinusitis; also saline solution for your nose is efficient to clean up. Hope this works!

Try a benedryl at bedtime...the generic is very cheap and it will help you sleep (it's the PM in Tylenol PM)
