| Re: Sinus Allergies
Chronic sinusitis.. been there done that.
First, allergy testing and allergy shots if necessary.
Then the allergy no surgical treatments..
antihistamines - zyrtec my preferred
nasal steriodal spray - nasonex my preferred
saline nasal rinses (before applying nasonex) - simply saline my preferred
decongestant - psuedephedrine.. Not the PSE form.
If this doesn't get it you need to look to an ENT for three types of surgery.
bilateral turboplasty - sinus membrane reduction - May 2004
full endoscopic sinus restructure and window insertion - October 2006
tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy - October 2006
Well that is my treatment summary. Now? No more chronic sinusitis.. and I can breathe through my nose once more.
Sincerely,
MG
