Hello I am 24 yrs old and I have dizzyness the doctor says from sinisitus infection . I have been suffering from panic attacks for the last year and a half because of post traumatic stress . I am a former athlete and want to be again but the panic attacks light headedness and a feirce chest pain when doing sit ups are stopping me the last two months . I am trying yoga I do think I am a stressed person but I have something wrong with my chest bone I had stress test done my heart is perfect so rule that out

It could be pluresy, or costro??? and inflammation in the chest wall. Both of these can be caused by infection, and are best treated by anti-inflammatories. Are you getting treatment for PTSD? I suffered from a severe case for a few years after an attack. I have had my symptoms under control for years now, thanks to therapy and meds at the time. I don't need any meds for anxiety or depression at this time. I urge you to get treatment and stick with. You can beat this and get better. Good Luck!
