I feel like I could have written your post, sallyj. I have felt the exact same thing - the eye strain, the sinus pain, and the dizziness. I got a camera shoved into my nose and my doctor saw no sinus buildup (this was after two weeks of an antibiotic), but that I had a lot of swelling in my nose. She did a nose culture and my results came back showing I have a staph infection, although I have a lot of symptoms that scream "sinus infection"...like the continuing headaches in the sinus areas and the eye strain. The antibiotic I am on right now doesn't seem to be helping me and it stinks.

I didn't get a CAT scan or an MRI and will not be able to for another couple of months. I have little advice for you, unfortunately, but I wanted you to at least know that you aren't the only one who has had these symptoms. I also saw my eye doctor a few months ago and my vision hasn't changed a bit. I'm prone to anxiety attacks too, so I definitely know how you feel thinking that headache = brain tumor. My thoughts exactly in my worst attacks.

I'm sorry if I was of little help, but here's some hugs and hoping you can get a diagnosis and put your mind at ease. Having weird things happening in your head that you can't identify is very scary, even if it's something as harmless as an ear infection.
