hi,
thanks for your advice. i have discovered another method that seems to really help me and thought you may want to try it. its similar to the olbus oil method you sugested, but instead use 3 essential oils:
- cinnamon
- clove
- red thyme (i think thyme will do if you cant find red thyme)
i dont think it matters which part of the plant the oils come from (leaf, stem etc) but i have been using cinnamon bark and clove stem, and the red thyme is just called red thyme oil. i bought these online. just put 2-3 drops of each in a bowl or container of boiled water and inhale with a towel over your head (or use a facial sauna if you have that). it can be pretty intense at first but stick with it, it really seems to work. these oils apparantly kill any fungus/bacteria/virus inside the sinuses so get to the root of the problem. i think i may still need the surgery as the cyst/cysts are so big! but this is helping alot in the meantime. hope this is of some use
also, ive been told to check you're not allergic to any of these oils first by rubbing a bit on the inside of your arm, as long as no red patch, rash or inflamation happens, you should be in the clear
im also using nasonex spray, so it could be a comination of the both that is helping me.
