Minimal Bilateral Maxillary Sinusitis

My CT scan shows that I have minimal bilateral maxillary sinusitis. There was minimal mucosal thickening seen in both my maxillary antra. When I presented this to my ENT, he just ignored it. This is something I shouldn't worry about. Is this true? Should I believe what my ENT has told me?

(Note: I have already been using neti pot for 6 months before taking a CT scan)
