I have 2 issues:
1) Lately waking up with a Sinus headache every morning!!! I take Sinus congestion pills/neti-pot/sudafed..NOTHING seems to help.......
I wake up stuffy and can't breathe...use the Nasal strips at night...
Have had allergy testing, not allergic to anything..
Have had food allergy testing; allergic to wheat/dairy..rarely eat any of that anymore.
2) Have daily pain in my right temple..feels like someone is pulling the muscle out of my head..when it's REALLY sore..I can barely touch above my ear..it's very tender. If the pain is SEVERE, it will go into my right eye as well. I was told 1 1/2yrs ago it was migraine..however none of the migraine meds touched it.......I even went up to 1,000mg of Topomax daily...nothing............
So I am starting to wonder if the right temple pain could be sinus related????? B/C I have so many other sinus issues...?
