Bump on top of gum/near sinus
So I got one of my teeth taken out about a month ago (on right side) and it hurt on the other side of my mouth really badly.
So about two weeks after the extraction, I noticed a bump on the top of the gumline on the other side of my mouth (same tooth but on the left). It not near the tooth, closer to my nose/cheekbone (where the green circle is).
Now it doesn't hurt just being there but if I press on it, there is pressure on the tooth below it and that's annoying. However, the tooth doesn't hurt independently. My sinuses do feel more backed up lately...could that be anything?
The bump is very hard and probably the size of my fingernail.
Any idea what this could be?
