| Blocked Nostril
My right nostril has been totally blocked for the past 5 months. At night the left nostril will sometimes become blocked around 3:00 to 5:00 a.m. and I simple can't sleep breathing through my mouth. I have never had allergies, but I initallly thought it was a Spring allergy. However, it didn't go away and here I am in September finding myself getting very little sleep some nights. Any suggestions? I really dont like going to the doctor, because 9 times out of ten - it's another pill!
