| Spina Bifida Occulta - Diastomatomylia
Hi,
I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who has diastomatomylia. I've had it since I was born and have had a few operations to try and fix things up - I had a lumbar lemanectomy (or however you spell it) to remove the bone and then had my achilles tendon lengthened to help fix up the deformity in my foot from the diastomatomylia.
I was just curious to know if anyone else had suffered from this; what symptons they had; how they tried to overcome those symptons; if they had an operation (or several operations), whether they helped or not, etc. I'm just interested in hearing what other people have experienced with this thing =)
