Anyone use the New FinESS Sinus treatment! Sinuplasty
I have Sinus surgery Set for Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. However, I have to let the Dr know by this coming wedesday what method I would like. He said I would have great results either way, and if it were him, he would go with the FinESS Sinus treatment method.

FinESS is basically an in-office balloon sunuplasy protocol that allows an ENT to improve sinus drainage without general anesthesia. Whether it's the right procedure for you really depends on what your diagnosis is and what the doctor is planning to do.

Balloon sunuplasty works fairly well for widening openings to improve drainage but doesn't allow for the removal of polyps or other tissue and isn't an option at all for some procedures.

The bottom line is that it depends on what he's planning to do and whether you feel comfortable with having the procedure done in the office.

Well this is day one, after the Finess Sergery. It is the first time since I can't remember when, I did not have to load up on Pseuddephedrine in the morning! It worked for me! A little swollen facial area, but not black eyes like some surgery...
