very dizzy please help.
I'm not sure if this is my sinuses or not. I was realy bad this morning went to blow my nose and almost passed out. I feel some pressure over the bridge of my nose but no discoloration when my nose runs. If I turn my head I get really dizzy...I also feel a bit of nausea. Does this sound like sinuses? If so any advice?? TY

look up bppv and you will see that you could have a very common inner ear problem. If the crystals in your ear get out of place, it will make you dizzy.
