Bobafett Newbie (female) Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia Posts: 3	Minimal bilateral maxillary and minimal anterior ethmoidal sinusitis I have a friend who has been diagnosed with Minimal Bilateral Maxillary and Minimal Anterior Ethmoidal Sinusitis - doctors have suggested surgery for this - does it make sense to have surgery if it is only minimal and not chronic ?
