Dizziness + abdominal pain

I hope someone can help me - I've been dealing with server dizziness and stomach pain (nausea) for 7 months.
I've seen and ENT neorologist. GI (endoscopy), allergist, internal medicine dr.
I've had an MRI done and everything seems to be normal with the MRI along with everyblood test.
Although my testostorone was a little low and so was my vitamin B and D.
Currently I'm taking testostorone and nexiume for my stomach along with other digestion pills. The nexium seems to work - I have my appetite back when I take it but I still have sharp pains I'm my upper abdominal area.
Below is a list of symtoms I have regularly. Maybe someone can shine some light on this nightmare I've been living.

- Dizziness (pressure, woorling feeling like I'm on a boat)
- Nausea
- Sharp pains in upper abdominal area
- Loose stool
- Pain in the back of my head and gives me a stiff neck. It feels like I pulled something in my neck
- Constant Fatigue (out of body feeling)

When experiencing all this crap above - I feel the closest to normal when I'm either laying down (dizziness goes away) or when I'm at the gym.

I'm a very healthy person. I eat really well - no fast food no soda.
I workout at least 4 days a week.

What the hell is wrong with me... If someone can push me in the direction to where this hidden magical remedy is please help.

Both allergies & sinus infections can cause most of what you have described.

Re: Dizziness + abdominal pain

Did you ever find out what was wrong with you?

I've been coping with similar symptoms since January, without the loose stools. My upper abdominal pains are usually not sharp though, more of a dull (cold) burning sensation, and the dizziness is more transient and hits me in a wave. Most of these issues are alleviated by laying down, with the exception of the stiff neck and pain in the back of my head.

I have seen a GP, ENT, Allergenist, and I have a referral for a neurologist. I had a CT of my sinuses done, and there is mild inflammation, a severely deviated nasal septum, and some turbinate issues.

My ENT thinks my deviated nasal septum may be responsible for the dizziness, but my insurance won't pay for it to be repaired. Some of this stuff I can cope with, but the nausea is killing my ability to work and interact with people.

I'm not allergic to most common allergens with the exception of a couple molds. My allergenist refused to test me for food allergies.

I'm getting pretty desperate.
