 Cough and headache - sinus related?
I had a bad sinus infection about 2 or 3 weeks ago and took a course of antibiotics for 10 days consecutively. Everything seemed fine after that.
It's been about a week since, and now I have a strange headache. It comes and goes during the day and is strong and painful. It's only on the left side of my head and it's not near my forehead. Usually sinus headaches are all over my forehead and cheeks, so I'm not sure what this is.
I also have a bit of fluid in my chest and am coughing. My guess is that during the night, a bit of post-nasal drip gets into my lungs and so in the morning my throat hurts and I have a cough.
I just went to the doctor recently to get the antibiotics so I really would prefer not to go back.
Has anyone else experienced this?
