Hard to breathe through nose?

Hey guys, well this whole 'sinus' issue started about a month ago where i woke up gasping for air as i was breathing through my nose that night.
my symptoms are:
-sometimes both nostrils are clogged and i cant breathe through them

-bloody nose, along with bloody mucus when i blow my nose
-constantly clearing my throat
-head pain through out my head
-ear popping
-ear ringing
-ear aches
-eye blurriness
-sinus pressure

Im getting sick and tired of not being able to "successfuly" breathe through my nose. Through out the day i feel exhausted,as i tried many things including:

Nasal rinse
nose sprays
sudafed(not sure if thats how you spell it)
drinking lots of fluids

None of those work! please help

Re: Hard to breathe through nose?

It could be allergies, even if you've never had allergies before. Try to make an appointment with an allergist.

Also, try a non-drowsy antihistamine such as Zyrtec or Allegra and take it every day. It might take up to 2 weeks to show the full benefit, so give it time.

Re: Hard to breathe through nose?

Another specialist you might consult is an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) doctor. Sometimes it's hard to tease out allergy symptoms vs sinus problems as they can look the same. I seemed to have both but once my sinus infection was cured the "allergy symptoms" went away too.

Good luck & I hope you will find full relief of your symptoms.
