Question How long to cure a sinus infection?
I went to Dr. on monday after having a bad headache for over a week. She diagnosed me with a sphenoid sinus infection. I started on Biaxin Monday, and today is Friday. Since that time, the headache has been giving me sharp stabbing pain on the right side of my head almost at the top like 2 or 3 inches above the temple. I've also developed a swollen eyelid on the right. How long should it take to feel better? Should I call the Dr. back? Does it sound like a sinus infection, or something else?

I had a bad reaction to that med. If u have a swollen body part, that med could be causing it. Call the DR and get off that med. Stay away from levaquin, augmentin and biaxin!!!

All of these meds can cause lots of dangerous side effects.
