It's most likely post nasal drip from some sinus issue. If you cough up any yellow or green fluid you could have some sort of infection. Persistent post nasal drip is most commonly from sinus inflammation, infection, or allergy.
If there is any pain or swollen glands it could be something else.

No, there isn't any pain and there is no colour to what i'm coughing up
Then if it lasts (or has lasted) more than a couple of weeks you might want to see your regular doc. Depending on what they find, they may refer you either an allergist or an ENT.

Also, if you wanted to experiment with some things first you could try cleaning up your diet a little (if it isn't already healthy). You could decrease things that many people have sensitivities to like wheat and lactose, and increase fresh fruit and veggies.
An over the counter saline spray can often be helpful as well.

Funny you should say that! as my diet include 0 veggies and fruit. When I ate some strawberries the other day, it seemed to of dispersed. I will try exactly that!
