I can't speak for everyone but normally the headaches I get from sinus problems are in the forehead area and around the eyes
I've also had headaches in the back of the head and neck area, and those are due to stress..The sharp pains could be due to what they call "cluster" headaches
See your doc but don't flip out because of the fact that your headache has been there for
4 days, there's been a few times when I had them for 2 weeks straight! ouch...The ones that stick around for long periods of time are caused by stress
