nasal problem
seems I'm constantly having snot in my nose whether it be outside walking in winter to just hanging around the house.What is the answer to stopping this?

Allergy testing to determine if it's an allergy, saline rinse AM and PM, saline spray as needed to blow your nose, sudafed, antihistamines, any number of things. But the first thing is to determine the cause which is a trip to the doctor.
