Medicine that helped my 7 months chronic pansinusitis
Ok, here is the deal. About 8 months ago I woke up with a pressure on the side of my face and a mild toothache. At first I didn't know what it was. I think the sinus sufferers know what happened next:throbbing pain, post nasal drip, horrible pressure, night pain. They did the regular thing to me: antibiotics, more antibiotics, different antibiotics. No one saw anything with endoscopy until I demanded CT scan. It turned out a pan sinusitis: inflamation of all sinuses. At that point I was almost suicidal, I tried everything: all types of sprays, decongestants, different antibiotics, rinsing, upside down rising, you name it. Finally when they saw the scan and started to take me seriously, this is what I got prescribed: levaquin 21 days+ nasal irrigation with 2 kinds of antibiotics: tobramicyn and bethametasone. For that irrigation you have to buy a special kind of nebulizer. the one I have is called nasatouch. Im sure there are others. Please give it a try before you despair and start hoping for surgery, suicide, end of the world etc. It has helped me for sure. If you want dosages I got prescribed, I can give you more details. I am not a doctor neather can I give medical advise, but I know that 2 doctors failed to diagnose what was obvious to me, I suffered for 7 months, so I have at least some experiece... Peace
