I have been having labs done over the years. I don't have excessive dry eyes or mouth or skin, but it is there, I have extreme fatigue.
Most recently my labs were (last week):

ANA positive >1:640 pattern SS-A (other labs have said speckled pattern)
RF 22 (says the lowest significant value of RF is 20)
ESR 14 (range 0-20)

And a year ago my SS-A was >8.0 (range <1.0 neg)

So what does this mean? I was given slips to draw for SS-A for the first batch (this was last week) but was not given those results yet.

What is going on with me?????

Cess, A positive ANA can indicate Lupus or other autoimmune illnesses.
I have sjogrens and there are a handful of times, that my bloodwork will be negative!
I don't understand it, because usually I have the positive test for this problem.
Please know that as hard as it is, having patience will help. Sometimes it really does take a while to fit all the pieces of the puzzle that will tell us what is wrong.

Sorry you are so tired. I know that fatigue. Hang in there okay?
