I read that at least 25% of those with RA also have Sjogren's. You might as your rheumatologist to check for Anti-RO and Anti-LA antibodies. I have both which is indicative of Sjogrens. Additionally, if you have a positive ANA, sed rate, rheumatoid factor, etc., these can be added to the big picture.
You might also experience dry mouth, skin, etc. Achy joints can occur in Sjogren's patients, but since you have RA it may be hard to tell the difference. Hope this helps!
