Applying autologous blood serum as tear substitute experience?
In literature, there r reports of applying blood serum from one' s
own blood as tear substitutes against "dry eye", based on it has the osmotic pressure, Vit. A concentration and other substituents which are desired, and unpreserved.
If any professional - or even patient, less likely - has theoretical or practical consideration on the above, kindly share it. I have gathered moderately extensive reports from pertinent established scient. journals, but I totally lack in the clinical experience area.
Thank u in advance.
