A 'girlie' question (TMI and about a sensitive topic)

I have been dx'ed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I also have possible Sjogren's syndrome. My shirmer's test showed dry eyes and I'm going to get more blood tests done.

I have very dry eyes and very dry mouth. I'm definitley in a flare - joints inflammed, hair falling out, severe fatigue and dryness. I've also noticed a severe dryness *down there*. I'm sore and have this dry, tearing feeling. My dr can't give me any answers. I'm not sexually active and never have been so it's not something like that. Could this be a Sjogren's thing?

Thanks for reading.

Re: A 'girlie' question (TMI and about a sensitive topic)

yep, but there are plenty of OTC products that will help, as well as Rx medications. Go to the feminine products aisle of your store and you will find plenty of moisturizers such as Replens, I think is one, and there are several others. Ask your pharmacist or ask the nurses at your Rheumy or Gynocologist. All very helpful resources, assuming your gynocologist has ruled out other conditions.

Absolutely. Positively. I got it. Lost interest in it. If your interested try KY. It might help. I had too many problems with having sex. UTI's; bleeding, pain. Not worth the time or trouble any more. Yes, it is real.
