| Is this common?
I finally got an appointment with a rheumatologist after 7 years and she believes i have Sjögren's even though my ANA was negative. I had positive inflammation markers, sinus inflammation, thyroiditis and multinodular goiter, dry eyes and vagina, recurrent yeast infections, psoriasis, periodontitis, joint pain headaches and the worst..fatigue. The only thing I am not sure of is if I really have a dry mouth. I always feel like my tongue and palate are dry, but I can see I have ebough saliva in my mouth. It makes my saliva feel extra warm underneath my tongue, that is the best way I can describe it. Does anyone else experience this?
