Hi! I do get nausea out of nowhere sometimes, as well as dizziness and even bouts of vertigo. My official diagnosis is primary Sjogren's based on bloodwork, but honestly - I fit the profile better for lupus, but I'm going to assume for now it's primary Sjogren's until told otherwise
My latest huge flare involved incredibly painful legs - particularly the knees and muscles in my thighs. Fatigue is extremely bad. Swollen joints. Hair loss. Weight loss.
Symptoms of a flare can vary greatly from person to person though, and this disease can affect us all very differently. Everything I've read about Sjogren's says that pleurisy is extremely rare in primary Sjogren's - statistically, I had a better chance of developing lymphoma than pleurisy, and yet, I had pleurisy last year. I've also developed asthma because of Sjogren's.
By the way, dryness symptoms weren't even on my list of complaints at my initial rheumatologist appointment!
