Chances of a false positive?
Hi All,

I'm getting the blood tests for Sjogren's tomorrow.

I understand that there is a significant chance of a false negative, but what are the chances of a false positive for the normal set of tests? (ANA, SS-A, SS-B, whatever else they normally check for.)

Not likely to have false positives on the SSA and SSB, but false negatives are very common.
