Angry Boils on Scalp PLEASE HELP

got my first boil about 3 or 4 years ago it was on the back of my scalp. i figured this was because i wear a hat all the time. ever since then they just keep coming back after i pop them. i still wear a hat all the time because the boils make me lose the hair thats on top of them. it is very imbarsing to have people stare at your head when you go out.

i mostly get them on the back of my head and a few ontop. about once every 6 months i get 1 on my face. some are small and some are really big. i use antibotic soap but it doesnt help at all.

the 1s that come up where they where before come to a head and pop within 2 weeks, but the 1s that come up in new spots take longer and are more painfull

i really really need to get rid of these damed things. im 21 and have no job and im strulgin to just pay rent so i cant go see a doctor. is there any home remidies or a place i can get antibotics with out seeing a doctor.

i know wearing a hat is not hellping me at all and is prob making it worse but its really imbarsing, the skin is all red and bumpy with no hair on it. if you shaved my head it would look like the moon with all the scars i have from them.

Re: Boils on Scalp PLEASE HELP

The only thing that I can think of to help is antibiotics.

Make sure you wash your hat frequently to get rid of any bacteria lingering in it.

Best wishes

Here's the thing: it could just be acne. It know, kind of gross, huh?

What you can do is go out and get a salicylic acid shampoo (like T/Sal or other kinds of 'dandruff' shampoo) and use it as recommended. This should help keep those pores on your head from clogging, thus helping you out.

If this doesn't help, you may consider seeing a derm, it could be something I've never heard of.

Staph bacteria exist in many people in the nose, and survive past a round of antibiotics way up in the front inside your nose. It could be that although you are using antibacterial soap, you are reinfecting yourself.

take a swab with neosporin or the like and swab the very front part of your nose, inside. Do it each time you wash for like, a week. There is no need to go very deep with these.

You could also try adding tea tree oil to your shampoo, it could help.
