Oh goodgrief, nevermind haha, the redness just went away! Thank God! I will remember to dilute it with water next time!........ So anyway, does anyone use apple cider vinegar on their face or scalp, and have any tips about it? thanks

Thanks, that's real encouraging to hear about the apple cider vinegar working so well for you. I've read a bit about it and heard that it does work for seborrhea and a bunch of other problems, I'm definitely going to keep using it! Thanks a lot.

I've been using apple cider vineger for years. It certainly does help with skin and scalp conditions. Sometimes I just pour some in my bath water while other times I can spray myself down with a diluted bottle of it. Definitely a staple for me

I use Listerine for my dandruff and it works very well. I just dump a few capfulls of it over my head and rub it into my scalp after I am finished washing my hair. Then I try to let it sit in for a few minutes while I soap up or shave. Then I rinse it out. It really helps with the flakes.

What does vinegar do for your face? And how how exactly do you use it?
