is there such a thinkg? i recently moved to the highest town in canada and iv developed a horrid rash on the inside of my arms and legs its red and itchy and HURTS! is it cause of the elevation? im not sure what my old town was but this one is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay higher
