Rash on both arms

I'll try to describe my symptoms

It's not very itchy at all, but is present on both of my arms, especially located under the elbow (what you'd be looking at if you held your arm out palm up). It also extends in a more monor way to the forearms, in little blotches. Sweat and water seem to aggrivate it.

The problem, especially "under the elbow" has been there for a long time, or for at least a year anyway, and it doesn't seem to get any better despite focusing on keeping the area clean and washing it often.

The rash isn't very severe at all, and it really doesn't itch, but it doesn't look too pleasant anyway. Any ideas on what it might be and how I might go about treating it?

Please ask if you need clarification on symptoms or anything.

Thanks!

I don't think that's it...it doesn't itch, only occasionally very mildly.

Re: Rash on both arms

Just a guess, I had something similar, on the inside of the arms and legs behind the elbow and knee joints. Though mine itched the first time, when it came back it was just red patches and didn't itch Then after getting rid of it the second time it hasn't come back.
