Dark Stranger

I've had this horrible scratching sensation under my arms since last year. I figured it was from wearing too much deodorant, which I admit I put on a lot some days.

But this itch is still going on, and sometimes its unbearable (and let me say getting semi-dried deodorant under your fingernails is nowhere close to being fun!). I've tried dry skin lotion, but it obviously didn't work because the skin isn't dry. At some point I didn't wear any deodorant for about two weeks (sick sounding, I know) - but I resorted to coating myself head to toe in body spray to be sure I didn't come off smelling like a foot to my friends.

I try not to itch under there because under each of my arms I have a large mole, one of which I have made bleed quite a few times from itching, and I fear one of these days I'm going to itch one right off (I actually have little blood spots on my bra from where it bled).

Is there some way (besides seeing a dermatologist, because that's going to be awkward having them see my underamrs...) I can remedy this itching? It's gotten to the point where it stings to apply deodorant. Help?
