I have breakouts on my back, shoulders and chest. They are small, but there are usually quite a few (as opposed to one big one). Is this a rash?

Sometimes I'm very itchy. I notice the breakouts in fall and spring, mostly. Summer and winter I'm usually clear enough to wear sleeveless tops and dresses.

I've used cetaphil, lubriderm, eucerin, neutrogena, moisturel, etc...all the derm recommended products. I've started using aveeno because it's supposed to be very mild and is used by eczema patients. So far so good. I'm also using tazorac in case it's typical acne.

While I was starting to clear up on the aveeno, I just had a small breakout yesterday. I'm thinking it's possibly from coming in contact with something that irritates me. I took a bath and shaved my legs with shaving cream. There may also have been some traces of olive oil in the tub (I use it on my hair, but do not let it come in direct contact with my back while showering). What do you think? Thanks!
