ok folks I have psoriasis but iam also starting to get brown blauches around my neck and under my armpits it doesnt itch, flake, or sore up. Its starting to get imbearising, and also my psoriasis cream dosent work on this dicolorazation, help please.....

That doesn't sound like psoriasis. Brown patches sounds serious. Go to a doctor. If you can't get to a skin specialist go to any doctor or a free clinic.
If you have psoriasis and it hasn't gone comletely away try Psoriasin Gel (topical gel). It worked for me. You can get it over the counter at Wal-mart. But please read all directions and warnings fully.
