Do they itch at all? Is the pain a prickly-like one when you touch the "blister"? Do they break open? Are they in clumps or just one here and one there?
It could be a number of things:
Hives: a reaction to something you are allergic too;
Contact Dermatitis: a reaction to something you are touching;
Eczema: a skin condition that you can treat with prescription cream, and is often found on areas that have high contact with water...IE: hands, wrists;
Psoriasis: again a skin condition that can be treated with prescription cream;
Warts.
