Question Skin Burn with Curling Iron - HELP

I just burned myself with a curling iron and was wondering if anyone knew of an ointment that helps the burn scar heal quicker. I'm of a tan complexion and it seems to take forever for my scar to disappear. I burned myself in almost the same place last year.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: Skin Burn with Curling Iron - HELP

Probably vitamin E oil and some Neosporin. Maybe aloe vera.

Re: Skin Burn with Curling Iron - HELP

I burned myself on my leg really bad a couple of years ago and if I remember correctly I used neosporin, ofcourse I'm not that dark complected & it was almost on my inner thigh so the skin was light so I don't have a scar. I was sitting at my vanity doing my hair & clumsy me dropped the curling iron for a split second on my thigh!! I couldn't believe the size of the area it burned and the fact that it burned like it did - it was only a second that it was on my leg. Anyway - neosporin should work!
