using a vitamin E cream has seemed to help me. I just get the capsules from the vitamin department and open them up when i need them (way cheaper than the beauty geared stuff... and it doesn't stink). I don't have too many stretch marks and the majority of them are in an area few get to see, so i don't need too much. There are also many scar reducing creams out there, though I haven't tried any myself. And before you go for expensive surgery, remember that they do fade with time.
