The duct tape therapy was done like this: The first piece of duct tape, cut as close to the size of the wart as possible, is applied to the wart and leave the tape in place for 6 days. If the tape falls off reapply a new piece of tape. At the end of the 6 days remove the tape, soak the area in water, and then gently debride the wart with an emery board or pumice stone. The tape is left off overnight and is reapplied the following morning. Leave it on for another six days. Repeat this six day on, one night off cycle for two months or until the wart is gone.
