ok people can someone please tell me or give me advice about something

i get red spots and really itchy feelings on my neck and body when i get hot when i first start swetting its like freaken itchy but after awhile it goes away and it stops but it always happens when i get hot doesnt matter whether i sweat or not is there any way to get rid of this???? i have to wait for it to pass but i hate it
