Bright red spots randomly appear ...

After every shower, red spots appear on my neck, face and chest and then go away after a little while. They aren't particularly itchy, neither do they hurt.

It's not only after showers either - randomly, sometimes they appear in my face (usually around my chin and jawline) ... I could just be sitting there and one would surface. They go away after about thirty minutes ...

Anyone know what this is?
