I posted about this problem in the sexual health forum a while back. On the tip of my penis (the helmet), over the last year, the skin has become very dry, wrinkly, red and cracked. It is no longer smooth and sensitive.
I got a lot of replies saying it was probably thrush and I used some cream to no avail. I went to a GUM (sexual health) clinic and the doctor later concluded it was not a sexually transmitted disease and not thrush, just dry, scaly skin. He said I should try to use some skin creams like aqeuous cream. I have, but they have had no effect.
As a result, the end of my penis is less sensitive and this has implications for my sex life. After doing anything (ie oral or sex), it becomes very sore and red, and I don't receive as much pleasure in any sexual activities.
Could anybody help me at all?
