sun spots or white spots on stomach and back and legs? - Skin Problems Message Board

i get theese white spots from the sun on my hips stomach and back alot some on my legs, i need to know how to make them go away anyone have this problem? or had it and fixed it! it is embarrisng!!!

Are you sure that these white spots are from the sun? maybe you have skin vitiligo,(loss of pigment) if u go to a dermatologist she will explain u well what they are.

I have that type of problem myself (vitiligo). It is usually hereditary, but can also come by bad sunburns. Nobody really knows how it starts or how it can be stopped or reversed. I heard B complex may be you best bet, but it's mostly luck if it stops spreading and/or goes away. Your lucky to not have it affect 30% of your face like I do, I need make-up and dye to cover it up.
