If someone has oily skin, it's best if they wash with a more gel-like foaming cleanser. This will soak up oil without overdrying.
Always carry some "oily skin" blotters with you. These can be used to soak up oil during the day. They can be purchased wherever skin care products are sold.
The Pore Perfect strips from Biore are more for blackheads. If you want to deep cleanse, you will most likely need a clay mask which dries and sucks yucky stuff from your pores. I've done this about once weekly as I have oily skin also.
You also need moisturizer! Don't be fooled! Moisturizer is moisture...not "oil." You just need to have one to balance our your skin. Try purchasing one which is oil free and made for oily skin. Try asking department stores which ones may work well. Start there...cleanse, clay mask, and light moisturizer with oil blotting tissues. For clogged pores, an over the counter microdermabrasion set would help. Doing this over time...once or twice weekly, will release dirt, etc. from pores. So, TRY starting this as a routine and post again if it's working!
