| Rash and itchy hands
For the past 7-10 days my hands have been extremely sore. For a few days a rash of little red bumps kept appearing on my palms and fingers. I refrained from itching it and it would go away only to keep coming back. My hands are also very dry and now lots of skin is peeling off them. I am combatting this by moisturising them frequently but am wondering if this could be exacerbating the problem. They also often feel hot and cooling them down seems to help. I'm not sure if the rash has arisen because they are hot or if they become hot because of the rash!
Does anyone know what this is? Is it excema? What should I do?
