I have been having sooo many problems with my skin lately............but this one i have to share. About a week ago i noticed patchy red kinda rashy skin on my lower legs shin area...............ITCHED like you wouldnt believe!!! This happened the day afer i got a pedicure! The itch would wake me in the night and i would scratch til it bled. Went to my doc today. Come to find out i had a reaction to something where i got my pedicure..............have you ever heard horror stories about the pedicure baths and fungus........bacteria.....infections etc???? Well i have been going there for quite some time............i am always looking for cleanliness and noticed they dont clean the tubs out very well after they do a client! I should have been way more cautious! Now i have a skin irritation that hurts and itches. My doc perscribed a med for me. Anywayz just want to let people know to make sure the salon they go to is clean............so much nasty stuff can grow in those tubs! Ohhhhhhhh im just discusts me thinking about it! I'd love to say something to them.............but im not that accertive. I guess now i will have to go to a salon that is $60 for a ped instead of $30. Um now i realize it is totally worth it! Course yes..........you need to watch those places as well.
