I'm sorry but I don't know if bumps on your skin can indicate cancer, maybe you should ask your doctor?
I use to have little bumps on my legs, I never thought anything of it but I started to drink bottle water and they went away. Maybe this is a sign of dehydration?

I don't have anyone to compare to at the moment. |
My skin is the same

For me it is because my skin is becoming thin, I have been putting emu oil on my skin and it is starting to thicken up so the veins are not as visual.

I can't commit on the white camellia nut oil but I have oily skin and suffer from breakouts, I use a emu oil moisturising cream on my face and it has really helped with stopping breakouts, emu oil is great for dry skin as well. Do a search on google about emu oil to find all the benefits of the oil. I use the pure oil on my body and the moisturising cream on my face. When I first started using the emu oil, I was putting it on my face but it made me breakout a lot so I changed to the moisturising cream.
