Dark Inner Thighs!!!!!!!!!!!! - Skin Problems Message Board

i constantly sweat all day evry day. My neck, inner thighs, and underarms are very dark!! I nevered tried any thing or ask anyone what to use because its very embarrasing. Im not big or anything like that but my inner thighs do touch (dont know why) and i know that friction can probaly be the cause. is there ant skin bleaching cream or whitening that can probaly help? also is there any exercises i can do for my inner thighs?

Licorice is great to treat this usually hormonal problem

What you have is "Acanthosis Nigracans". My son has this also. His neck, underarms and inside thighs are dark also. The neck is mostly dark on the back of the neck..almost like a 'dirty neck'. I used to scrub his neck and then finally took him to a dermatologist. If you do research on it they say it can be a precursor to type II diabetes or even hereditary. I have it myself, but more mildly then my son. So luckily? his is hereditary.
