Question Hives And Tattoos
Hello All
I recently have been experncing hives from literally just about anything. i went to the derm. and he has never seen anything like thing before. i have tried cutting out foods etc but i have not been able to control it. Recently i stopped using boush and lomb renu with mosture lock (the stuff that has been pulled from the market.) i have not had hives as bad. With this being said... has anyone gotten a tattoo while they have been experienceing hives? if so did you have a breakout where you got the tattoo done? i ask this because when i did go to the derm he did a scratch test and my skin flamed up like crazy, and when you get a tattoo they are poking and scratching your skin. PLEASE HELP

Hello Darbar,

I am not entirely sure what to tell you. My best guess would be that if you are planning on going and getting a tattoo, wait untill your hives are at a low I guess you could say. I have psoriasis and three tattoos. I have personally never had any issues with them. Have you asked your derm if regular tanning would help at all? It gets a little expensive though. Other than that I am not sure what to tell you. I hope you figure it all out!!
