what does this mean?
Hio everyone!

What does it mean when a person lies out in the sun without suntan lotion or oil on and then has like clear looking bumps on the chest? I have pretty fair skin and I layed out and now 3 days later, I have these bumps. What does that mean? they don't hurt or itch, they are just there.

they sound like blisters that people sometimes get when they have a sunburn...
maybe you got the blisters without the burn itself. either way, it really bad to go out in the sun without sunscreen, especially if you're getting bumps...not a good sign.
